SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Chilean Pebre
(Chilean pesto-like hot sauce)
¼-cup olive oil
2-tbsp red wine vinegar
1-tbsp lime juice
1-tsp chopped garlic
1-cup chopped green onions
½-cup fresh cilantro
½-cup fresh Italian parsley
2-tbsp seeded and chopped jalapenos
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |

Place all ingredients except salt and pepper into food processor and process until combined, but with a bit of texture
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Makes about 1 ½-cups
Excellent condiment for chicken and fish
Mix with half sour cream and half mayonnaise makes a great dip
