SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Chinese Hot Mustard Sauce

3-tbsp dry hot mustard
3-tbsp soy sauce
3-tbsp rice vinegar
2-tbsp sesame oil
2 1/2-tsp granulated sugar
2-cloves garlic, minced


In a small bowl, mix mustard powder with 5-tsp of water to make a smooth paste
Let stand for 10 minutes
Mix in remaining ingredients
