SIDE DISH RECIPE: Cranberry Vinaigrette


1-cup cranberry cocktail
4-tbsp red wine vinegar
1-tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4-cup canola/olive oil blend
1 clove garlic, minced
1-tbsp chives
1/2-cup chopped fresh cranberries
1-tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Blend all ingredients together
Serve over tossed salad greens, with toasted walnuts or pecans
