SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Deviled Eggs
 
6-hard boiled eggs
3-tbsp mayonnaise
1/2-tsp ground mustard
1-2-tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1-tsp horseradish
1/8-tsp salt
1/8-tsp pepper
These deviled eggs would make Mom proud

Peel eggs
Cut lengthwise in half
Remove egg yolks to a bowl and mash
Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, horseradish, salt and pepper
Fill egg whites with the mixture, heaping slightly
Cover and refrigerate
