SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Fried
Rice
2-tbsp Soya sauce
1/2-tsp sugar
1/2-tsp salt
2 eggs
2-tbsp green onions
4-cups cold rice
1/4-lb. Bacon
1/2-cup thawed frozen peas
Combine: Soya sauce, sugar, and salt, and set aside
Fry the bacon and set aside
Save bacon fat
Fry eggs in 1-tbsp of bacon fat, set aside
Using 2-tbsp of fat, fry rice 2-3 minutes
Add bacon & eggs
Sprinkle with Soya mixture
Add green onions & peas
Serve
