SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Italian Roasted Potatoes
Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cut large peeled potatoes into 6-8 pieces
Boil for about 15 minutes, until fork tender, but not falling apart; let cool
Coat a large shallow baking dish with olive oil
Heat the dish in a preheated 400*F oven for 10 minutes
Toss potatoes in the heated oil to coat
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder
Cook in oven for 1 hour
