SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Kay's Garlic Mash Potatoes

2-medium potatoes
1-square butter
1/2-cup milk
1-crushed bulb garlic
Boil the potatoes until they are ready for about 20 mins
When they are soft drain the water and smash them until there are no lumps
Add the butter to make it moist and mix the 2 together
Pour the warm milk on the mashed potatoes and mingle them well
Crush the garlic bulb until it is like a paste, only use 1, they are strong if you want a mild mashed potatoes
The meal will serve about 4 persons you can have this with Savory Sausages very nice.
