SIDE DISH RECIPE:
Oriental
Shrimp Salad
1-cup light sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp horseradish
1 lb cooked salad shrimp
1/2-cup snow peas
1(10oz-284ml) can sliced drained water chestnuts
1-1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
1-cup fresh bean sprouts
1/4-cup fine chop green onions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl
Mix well
Cover & chill several hours to blend flavours
6-8 servings
