3 tbsp flour
2 1/2 tbsp margarine
1cup milk
1 cup Cheez Whiz (by Kraft)
1/2 cup shredded marble cheese
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

On medium heat, melt flour and margarine until melted (use a whisk to prevent lumps)
Slowly add milk, constantly stirring
Add Cheez Whiz and continue to stir until Cheez Whiz is melted and sauce is still liquid, not thick
Transfer to casserole dish
Add macaroni, stir in shredded cheese, cover, put in oven at 350*F for 20 min. 
I also use this cheese sauce for vegetables, but just let the sauce thicken on stove on low heat and just pour
