Cranberry Chicken

4-chicken thighs
1/2-bottle Russian dressing
1-can whole cranberry jelly
1/2-pkg onion soup mix

Lightly grease a small slow cooker bowl
Mix the Russian dressing, cranberry jelly, and soup mix in a work bowl with a hand blender, whisk or mix master on speed #1 until just well blended 
Cover chicken thighs well with sauce in slow cooker bowl and put bowl in fridge overnight to marinate
On day of cooking - put the bowl in slow cooker and start slow cooker at 12 noon for 5 to 5 15 p m finish
Check with quick read thermometer that reaches 180*F inside meat and no higher
