Cheese Fondue

1-clove garlic
1-cup Reisling wine
4-ounces grated Emmenthaler cheese
4-ounces grated Gruyere cheese
2-tbsp flour
3-grates of fresh nutmeg
Pinch salt and pepper
Dash kirsch liqueur (distilled cherry liqueur)
Loaf French bread

Rub fondue pot with garlic clove
Add wine and bring just to a boil
Combine both cheeses and flour and stir into boiling wine until smooth
Lower heat and season with salt, pepper, and kirsch
Cut bread into 1-inch cubes, warm in oven, and serve with fondue.
