SNACK RECIPES: Classic Nachos

1 can of refried beans
1 jar (455ml) salsa
1 can chopped green chilies
3 cups grated cheddar or Monterey jack
1 lb cooked ground beef
1 jar sliced jalapenos

Spread nacho chips on large oven proof baking sheet or dish
Top with refried beans, salsa, chillies & ground beef
Sprinkle with cheese
Place under broiler until cheese melts (2-3 mins)
Top with jalapenos
