SNACK RECIPES: Mexican Salsa Cream Cheese Dip


1- 250 g cream cheese
2 cups salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar
1-cup sour cream
Lettuce (optional)
2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2-cup thin slice green onion
Taco seasoning mix


Soften cream cheese
Mix with sour cream
Add taco seasoning
Spread mix on plate
Top with salsa, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions
Refrigerate
Use tortilla chips to scoop out dip
