SNACK RECIPE:
Smoked Salmon Canapés

4-oz smoked salmon, chopped
2-tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2-tbsp 35% whipping cream
2-tsp fresh lemon juice
1-clove garlic
1/2-tsp dried dill weed

2-tsp finely chopped red onion
1/2-tsp freshly cracked black pepper


Combine the salmon, olive oil, cream, lemon juice, garlic and dill in a food processor
Pulse until the salmon is almost smooth
Spoon onto crackers and top with black pepper and onions
