SNACK RECIPES:
Tapenade


1-cup black olives, pitted
1-can anchovy fillets
¼-cup capers, drained
2-cloves garlic
2-tbsp olive oil
1-tbsp lemon juice


In food processor, puree olives, anchovies, capers and garlic
Add olive oil and lemon juice and pulse to mix
Great on crackers, toast or tossed with cooked pasta
